Core Accomplishments:

While at National Solar Direct (NSD), I was the liaison between NSD and SunEdison; and also with Complete Solar. I managed all of our deals; created spreadsheets tracking their status and payments; and designed our pay structure. I planned our booths and events for sales and recruiting; as well as managed our social media outlets. I designed our company logo, assisted with creating our sales pitch; and training program. I also went into the field and assisted our solar experts with closing deals that required technical knowledge.

When I was responsible for managing the inventory for SWS LLC, I was able to increase our credit limits and negotiate lower prices. On many occasions we would suffer break-ins at some of our offices, corporate apartments, or with fleet vehicles, and as a result of the accuracy of my spreadsheets, we were able to provide accurate, detailed information and amounts to our insurance companies for claims as well as track down and recover some of the stolen equipment.

As Director of Travel, we did a lot of business with the Sonesta Hotel chain. As a result of my negotiation, I greatly reduced our hotel expenses, and received reduced rates for companywide events and meetings.

While managing the fleet vehicles with SWS, LLC., which consisted of approximately 208 vans, 23 Mercedes, and 3 trucks; I worked very closely with Sears automotive and other vehicle repair facilities throughout the southeast. I met regularly with our mechanic to ensure that we received the best rates. I also reconciled the invoices and statements weekly and would dispute charges and fees inadvertently added to our accounts.

While employed with SWS, LLC. I obtained low voltage electrical licenses so I could become the qualified person for our 52 branches located throughout the southeast. I also obtained the Level B technician license specifically for us to operate in the state of Mississippi.
