G2 SECURE STAFF, Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (2014 – 2016)

General Manager, Promotion

Filled in as General Manager at our G2 TPA location for one month directed by the President Tom DelValle to maintain the contract that was on a 30 day cure letter. I was able to correct and maintain the contract and current business as well as brief, coach and provide feedback to the incoming General Manager at TPA.

Responsible for overall duties and operation such as hiring/terminations, counseling, administrative duties, client relations, FAA/TSA relations, training, payroll processing, client invoicing, State licensing, scheduling, and employee relations.

G2 SECURE STAFF, Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (2013 - 2014)

Operations Manager, Promotion

Manage the day-to-day operations with primary responsibility over scheduling/staffing, managing daily budgeted hours, and limiting overtime of the overall operation. Train and retrain all personnel in airline and airport procedures, safety procedures, and company policies. Responsible for the scheduling of airport employees to ensure adequate coverage. Responsibilities include overseeing the operations at Southwest Airlines, Air Tran Airways & Virgin America Airlines wheelchair, skycap & baggage handler day to day operation. Additional responsibilities include processing payroll administration for the local staff of 150 employees. Direct inter action with the various airline station managers and supervisors. Prepare employees schedules daily to meet the required flights for the departures and arrivals of the airlines aircrafts.

SUPERIOR AIRCRAFT SERVICES, Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (2006 – 2011)
