Role:

Creating dash board reports on weekly, monthly basis using Excel and Visual basic’s macros.

Updating all reports SharePoint and migrated with excel.

Discussing the status reports with client on weekly and monthly basis.

Co-ordination with the customer and their suppliers.

Creating and Comparing the Bill of Materials.

Responsibilities:

Proficient in MS Office Tools and an active learner of VBA Coding in MS Excel.

Hands on experience in handling Bill of Materials (BoM). Preparation of Bill of Materials and BoM Scrubbing.

Analyse the Vehicle model BoM and differentiate In-house and Purchased parts

Analysing the Material data sheets in the IMDS system.

Direct interaction with clients and getting the required information.

Monitor progress of tasks and update the tracker to show the status of the unreported/ reported parts to Customer.

Discussing with and internal Buyers, STA’s and Suppliers for solving the PO Issues.

Checking the parts in PLM tools

Study and Analysis on New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Part Approval Process (PPAP), Part Submission Warrant (PSW) and Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR).

Role& Responsibilities

Digital Pre-Assembly - checking for Interference, Alignment, Locating features for American client.

CAD based check of geometric compatibility for adjacent systems, sub-systems or components in the vehicle positions using TC Vis Mock Up against specifications & guidelines from E2KS.

• Cad based check for both static (ie) Alignment, Locators, Fasteners, Clearance, SRI and dynamic -Motion study.

Comparing the 3D CAD drawings old and new changes.

• Complete Static study for all the system and its subsystems for different programs.

• Completing the check from E2KS guidelines and adding suitable comment and pictures.
