M.I. is the show addressing on the topic of how we identify ourselves under the modern era. The uprising complexity of the society that we are living in nowadays and the way how people are connected to each other in a much more hybrid way with a whole variety of methods, plus the involvement of technology and social network media. It is very continuous in the history that people are always very dynamic and having Page2
different types of personality, however, nowadays, it is getting more and more common. Not to mention the fact that we are get affected by other people in the society on a much higher frequency, and that is the reason why, I put it our on the flyer of the show: “INDIVIDUALITY is not individual”. Couple achievements:
-Proposal composing and sending out -Cold contacting 10+ galleries for exhibition location -Networking in 3+ art-related events per week for 5+ months for submission collection; -Staying tuned with 15+ quality artists to keep track on their thesis and projects; -Handpicked 40+ works for the show finally from 6 artists
-Consulting 3+ curators for installation experience and details of artist agreement composition, budget calculation process -3 days continuous installation process done by myself with 8+ hours work every day

Turner Student Service Building is a place which offers a lot of different helpful resources to our dear students. Serving at the front desk means providing a welcoming environment for every person that comes in, smiling, greeting with consistent passion and politeness is always a big part of the job.
