Preparation of piping layout for the flare system from Flame Front Generator (FFG) to the Tip of the flare stack.

II.Revamping of Elevated Flare System. Client – Star Contracting Oil & Gas Company Ltd, Sudan.

Floating Technical & Commercial Enquiries for Procurement of Valves, Instruments needed at site.

Static Design adhering to ASME Sec. VIII Div 1 for Water Seal Drum required in Flare System.

Coordinating with site personnel for proper installation of Level Transmitters, Level Gauges, Pressure gauges and other instruments.

V.BE Project

Project title: Design and Fabrication of a three-wheeled hybrid vehicle (manual + electrical)

Summary: This project was an attempt to design and fabricate a three-wheeled hybrid vehicle which could work on both human power as well as electric power, thus providing an alternative against the conventional IC engine vehicles for short distance mobility. The complete project was based on complete engineering methodology that includes research, modeling, optimization, fabrication and testing.

My Role :

1.Design of the main frame and roll cage (skeleton of the vehicle).

2.Modeling of main frame and roll cage and other subsystems (seat, brake, pedals, etc)

3.Analysis using Solid works.

4.Co-ordination with the fabrication team.

5.Team Captain.
