The Final Federal Mental Health Parity regulations were issued on November 29, 2013 and are effective for plan years beginning on and after July 1, 2014. When determining parity for mental health and substance use, the member cost share and treatment limits must be compared to the medical surgical benefit and covered mental health benefits or covered substance use benefits.
Subscriber Contract Automation is driven by government mandates which specify rules of accessibility and presentation of the SBC document and contracts to groups and subscribers. These rules apply to the availability of standard-format SBC documents and contracts, for customers, as well as their content and layout. This test plan is reflective of what is being done for Internal Employee, Print/Mail Solution Release. Users will be able to 'View' SBC but not Print and mail. Users will be able to 'view' and request 'P&M' for contract.

LA Express Park project, is a technologically advanced parking system that will notify motorists where parking is available by using in-ground sensors on city streets and lots. It also introduces dynamic pricing to parking spots on city streets. Merge integrates both our back-end parking systems and in-field parking technology. Merge processes instant information for on-street and off-street parking spaces and provides system occupancy, maintenance, payment and collection status, and customer service response data. Merge is also equipped with Xerox’s proprietary dynamic pricing engine that can be used to recommend parking rates based on historical data as well as adjust parking prices by predicting demand using data from current conditions.
