Kay Corbin

P.O. Box ***

Selah, Wa, *****

To work a job that is interesting and fulfilling and where my skills and strengths would be beneficial for my employer.

I am proficient at taking and recording vital signs, thorough charting abilities (on paper or computer), diabetic care and teaching, administering various injections, administering and documenting immunizations to pediatrics and adults, obtaining and transcribing doctor orders, phone triage, patient assessments, administering and refilling medications, wound care, working with Alzheimer patients, and assisting doctors in minor surgeries and procedures. I am a very good "team player" but I am also self motivated and can work well on my own.

I have been involved with my church ministry in reaching out to the homeless and participating in helping out at local missions. I am also active with the Toppenish Creek Players Theater Group.
