Corporate Facility Manager 2009-2010 HIGHGATE HOTELS, Dallas, TX – PROFFESSIONAL CLIENT

Implemented a preventative maintenance plan that focused upon engineering and housekeeping. Position also demanded cohesiveness of all departments for a complete property preventative maintenance program. Implemented this plan at over fourteen different properties with room counts in excess of 930 rooms. Properties were located in major markets, i.e. New York City, San Francisco and Dallas.

Oversaw multimillion-dollar renovation projects and lead METS (Maintenance, Energy Management, Telecommunications, Safety) program for full-service hotel management company with 14 properties nationwide. Directed 140 to 150 projects per year, continually bringing PIPs (Property Improvement Plans) in under budget and ahead of schedule.
