Working as Admin and IT Executive in Valiant Developers Pvt Ltd. My passion towards New technology and Analyzing Business has brought me to IT com business solutions industry where I got the opportunity to work with some of the best people in this industry. Although my work area involves IT Business Solutions where I have been assigned with all company website revamped and maintenance, offline and online events, social media, co-ordination with Vendors and fulfill the business requirement. I am also inclined towards more than 50 website domains maintenance and comparison with our competitors. Customer support and service desk for brands where customer can call and place the orders. Running both inbound and outbound calling process and leading/managing the 12 members of customer support executive team.
