SYNOPSIS OF EXPERIENCE
5 years Experience In Non Destructive Testing works,magnetic Particle Testing, Dye penetrant Testing And Ultrasonic Testing. Familiar in various code and standards such as API RP 2X, ASME VIII Div 1 and Div 2, ASME B31.1, and ASME B31.3, AWS D1.1, British Standards and Clients specification.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Review contract,specification, and attend meeting as required. Continual review project Quality plan submission especially in area of Inspection & Test Plan (ITP),NDT Procedure and NDT Qualification Records.
2.Liaison with Engineers, third party and/or client’s Representative as require and ensuring project Quality Plan prepared is implemented and adhered to.
3.Monitor and adhere status of project to ensure manufacturing data records documentation is prepared and compiled.
4.Develop continual improvement activities in area of Inspection & Test Plan (ITP),NDT Procedure and NDT Qualification Records.
5.Develop procedure, work instruction and training activities and provide training to Production Personnel, Welders in the area of NDT as required
6.Plan, monitor and conducts NDT activities on Production ensuring compliance according to the specification.
7.Identification and documentation of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) in the area of production. Monitor the progress, status and closure of non-conformance reports raised
8.Monitor, control, implement and execute with relevant personnel for problem and trouble shooting and ensuring records to be properly documented and maintained.
9.Perform process audit in area of NDT processes ensuring requirement of Quality
Manual is implemented and maintained.
10.Confers with QA Engineer (Data Analysis) on the welder performance collection data for analysis.
