Review potential risks in contract and project execution for proactive actions for risk mitigation

Coordinate with Site Manager and liaise with team to prepare EPC (turn over) level 4 plans in Primavera P6, update the same in SAP against respective discipline and job PO`s.

Prepare progress measurement systems, baseline plans (EPC), management reporting formats, progress curves and histograms etc. to monitor and control the project

Prepare weekly and daily works plans for new construction and Rig / Hoist support services.

Conduct progress update meetings to maintain monthly and weekly KPI by scheduling three month activities in SAP.
