Customer Connect program under the CCAP portfolio has QA requirements that need to be performed for Intel.com site. Incumbent vendor has Functional Test team currently in place to support the same. Creating support pages and using templates and component such as Editorial blades, Collections, Shop etc. Roles and Responsibilities:

I am the only QA, working for this project as a Functional tester. My responsibilities with respect to role are as follow.

Preparing and grouped the test cases based on test steps for the script creation Involved in creation of procedure document/ Algorithm for creating scripts Attending daily status calls (DSU) with the developers internally and also Weekly status calls with client directly and also Monthly status calls with Managers and Product Owners client with directly.

Giving demo for created test cases and functional executions to Clients on Iteration based.

Raising and Closing defects, Maintaining and Changing the Task status, Updating and Creating test cases in Rally – Test and Defect Management tool. Sending Consolidated status mail to Managers on Iteration based. Part of production check outs and release.

iLab is an Intel internal cloud solution which provides a rich set of lab related IT capabilities through self- service.
