This $16M project involves cooperative engagement by core development teams, local IT project teams and production & sustainment aircraft program business partners.

Long Beach Standard Systems Project 2/2004 – 2/2013
Successfully implemented 16 corporate common systems replacing 63 legacy applications for over 5,000 users resulting in reduced cost and risk exposure associated with technology obsolescence.
$28M project involved manufacturing planning, electronic work instruction delivery & execution (MES), nonconformance and corrective action, material requirements planning, inventory, kitting, receiving, procurement processes supporting the several aircraft programs with over 5,000 users.
Initiated, organized and lead a multi-disciplined team from various organizations with 28 direct team leads coordinating over 240 people to implement a software suite and business processes supporting production operations and supplier management business functions for Boeing’s various locations tied to the Long Beach business unit.
Reported directly to senior executive management, project management responsibilities span business planning, establishing and managing the budget and schedule, risks management, issue tracking and control, capturing opportunities, communication planning and ensuring independent reviews and after action reviews are sought and conducted.

Co-lead the Carson Warehouse Transition project which whereby all warehouse work supporting the C-17 production line (shipping, receiving, inventory kitting) was transitioned a third party logistics (3PL) company.
Organized, planned, staffed, and lead teams to ensure all information technology integrations and supporting work efforts support the organizational goals for the warehouse transition strategy.
