Primarily involved testing the functional features of few major web-application. Also a part of other testing teams which involved database, service, UI, regression, smoke and performance testing.
Investigated and documented the defects using ClearQuest bug tracking tool and followed up with developers on closure for A PI Testing using SoapUI.

Recent School Projects
Python (API) Restaurant Recommendation System using Yelp API Spring 2015
Recommending restaurants to users based on their selection of filtering by Location, Cost, Rating and/or by Cuisine served by the restaurant.
Used Yelp API to fetch restaurant data, processed it and display a very basic User interface to control restaurant results.
Big-Data (Research) YACDA – Community detection algorithm for Big-Data Fall 2014
Proposed an innovative way to detect clusters in time -evolving networks. Used LSH to find similarity between nodes, and conductance as a metric to find top candidates.

Python (wxPython) GUI based Sentiment-Analysis tool with Twitter data Ongoing
Working on developing a wxPython based GUI which fetch displays the sentiments of users on a particular topic in a nice graph and/or chart format.
Performing data-analysis and crunching huge sets of data from Twitter and refining them to separate them as per the sentiment analysis based on natural language processing.
