Roles & Responsibilities :

Recruitment and Selection:

Handling entire end to end recruitment process from sourcing, searching, screening, short listing resumes as per the skill specification, cold calling, scheduling and conducting preliminary interviews (co-ordination), evaluating, negotiating and recruiting candidates on technical platforms with excellent customer service.

Coordinate with managers to validate appropriate position requirements, for satisfactory delivery of recruitment services in timely manner & notification of on-boarding.

Assisted in manpower planning, sourcing candidates through various recruitment sources like job portals, employee referrals, training institutes etc and preliminary screening of the profiles for specific positions.

Internet sourcing of CVs by conducting boolean searches or posting job on portals like Monsters, Naukri, social media like LinkedIn to source passive candidates, database through references and networking after understanding the requirement. Arrange recruiting events like walk-in interviews.

Interviewing and assessing candidates by phone screening for their suitability for the job requirement by checking their communication skills, work experience, knowledge, skills, cost and other related factors.

Explaining and making the candidate understand job role/job description and provide all the necessary information for successful interviews.

Ensuring the application forms are filled by applicants, availability of conference rooms for interviews and making the candidates comfortable.

Handling initial competency-based HR interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability, Attitude, Academic & professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc, before forwarding it to the manager.

Co-ordinating the interview line up/setup onsite interviews, scrutinizing, scheduling candidates, follow up, sending calendar invites, arranging travel & accommodation and facilitating the same till the closure of the position.

Follow up with the client/manager regarding the selection of the candidate.

Continuous interaction between client and candidate to maintains effective working relationships and building a continuous rapport with hiring managers, colleagues, clients, applicants, administrative staff & others for long-term association.

Maintenance of an active applicant pool of qualified candidates for potential/future positions to facilitate the retrieval of applications of qualified candidates. Maintenance of applicant’s information, resume along with interviewers feedback for future purpose.

Refer potential applicants to managers for review.

Notifies manager of anticipated new hire start date, position filled & new employee orientation date.

Joining Formalities and Induction:

Manage on-boarding lifecycle of new hires.

Maintaining & issuing letters like Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer and Promotion letters.

Coordinating with HR manager and handling joining formalities and maintaining HR related records.

Cross checking the documents of the candidates offered to ensure error free completion.

Confidentially maintained employee records/data into employee personnel files.

Coordination with Administration, Accounts and System Administration departments for post-recruitment activities.

Conducting new hire orientation program for the new joiners about the Company and its policies, employee benefits in brief.

Introducing the new joiners to the respective Team Leaders and other Team Members.

Regularly interacting with the new joiners and making them feel comfortable in the new environment.

Taking care of all the problems faced by the new joiners and providing support to them.

Performance Management:

Help managers with evaluating their subordinates.

Actively involved in the performance appraisal management.

Took part in the appraisals, which happens twice in a year.

Issuance of the appraisal letters

Employee Relationship Management:

Understanding employees' concerns, escalating to appropriate levels and ensuring resolution of the concern.

Managing the entire suggestion program and escalating the issues faced/suggestions given by the employees to the concerned department heads and ensuring the resolution of the same.

Assist with planning corporate events like arranging team lunches.

Grievance handling

Acted as point of contact for all employees' issues.

Investigation in cases of complaints of forced resignations from employees and restoring parity.

Addressing all complaints and queries raised by Employees within specified TAT for Salary Payout Issues, Full & Final Settlement Queries, Attendances Issues, Termination issues, separation issues, Non - payment of incentives & Reimbursements.

Exit Formalities:

Managing exit formalities for all resigned employees.

Issue them the Experience Letter & Relieving Letter.

Respond to requests for employment verifications.
