Objective: I am looking for a company to grow with to use all my skills and knowledge to benefit the company.
Summary:
Accounting Administrative Assistant is support for the Accounting Department of the company. My daily activities may include answering the telephones, filing, faxing, scanning and assisting visitors, managing appointment schedules and managing the daily office schedules. I’m Responsible for billing different vendor’s accounts and analyze invoices. Additional, administrative duties may include working on special projects with upper Management.
I’m currently working for Richmond Whole Meat Company From: 06/18/2001 to present
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Data entry and submit vendor’s invoices
Posting invoices and Receipt payments
Prepare and coordinate deposits
Receiving and filing of all purchase order invoices
Reception duties and Customer Services skills
Managing daily schedules and Creating them
Excellent phone skills and greeting visitor’s
Managing files and records, and other office procedures.
Working on special project with upper management
Office duties including mail and receiving in packages
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and spreadsheets
Ability to multi-task, prioritize work flow and complete tasks with a high level of organization, responsibility, and efficiency
Receiving faxes, e-mails and responding back to them in a timely manner
keeping track of journals, book keeping and shifting priorities

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
I have a High school diploma from Pinole Valley High School year 1998. I have over15 year’s experience of Accounting Administrative Assistant and training. I’m currently continuing my education at Contra Costa College.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
I have knowledge of Accounting Software (QuickBooks/X-Tuple system); Database Software (Access); Internet Software; Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Inventory Software; Order Processing Systems; Word Processing Software.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required.
