-Responsible for improving plant operations with respect to the manufacture of seam welded stainless steel tubing.

-Implemented improvement projects that increased the speed of manufacturing tubing mills while maintaining the high quality required by customer specifications. The resultant speed increase was from 18 ft/sec to 24 ft/sec and was successfully applied by working with operators.

-Implemented project that removed the usage of nitrogen to dry tubing after hydrotesting and converted to drying via compressed breathing air. Constant manufacture of the air rather than purchase of nitrogen resulted in yearly savings of >250K.
