Successfully completed fortnight training of routine operation, maintenance and quality control for injection moulding plant.
6-S Implementation in shopfloar
Kaizen study and implementation in shopfloar
lean technique to improve productivity
Project undertaken:
Title – prototype compression moulding machine design and fabrication.
It is a small model of original compression moulding machine which is used for lab application, and we can use this for production of small products such as o-rings.
I have designed the machine.
Title- Waste EPS used in CLC.
In this we were used waste EPS for CLC, and it was observed that there is slight increase in properties.
This CLC can be used in compound wall and partition wall.

Title- “Introduction to earthquake” and its causes presented at P.E.S.college of engineering Aurangabad.
