Overall in-charge of administrative issues. Responsible for security of office premises, Builiding and important places, parking area, movements of visitors, security of court yard and under trail prisioners, discipline and behaviour of executive staff posted in office, scrutiny and marking of daily correspondences, and issue orders and communications. Dealing the aggressive Crowed and Crowed Control management . Preparation, maintenance and updating of evacuation and business continuity plans. Implementation of IG’s directives and tracking of important, urgent correspondences and those related to court matters. Conduct inquiries into serious allegations against police officials and advise DIG on action to be taken. Coordination with units under command of zonal DIG on important issues such as security of visiting VIPs, arrest and shifting of hardened criminals, security of witnesses, investigation of high profile cases and strengthening prosecution of cases sent up in courts of law. Liaison with Head of Karachi Police Security and jointly conduct, analyse, develop, implement, monitor, topical security protocols and procedures for client. Implement security policies aimed at reducing threat exposure and risk mitigation. Procure and plan installation and maintenance of security instrument and equipment, prevention of loss of property and human recourse. Provide the security to foreign Missions, Embassies, Consulates and diplomats moving around my AOR, Security meetings with other counterparts and update the SOPs of security. Keeping the threat assessments of security and informed the VIPs and Chief of Security of VVIPs during their moments.

I served six years with UN Mission Bosnia and Kosovo as International Police Officer. I am also qualified private security courses level 2 and 3 from USA private security Board Texas. I have been recommended/ appreciated by US Ambassador many times on my best security arrangements.
With Double Masters Degree of Criminology in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice & Political Science and vast experience as a police officer, I possess hands on knowledge expertise in criminal and administrative investigations and security field During my 29 years of police service, I have Commanded & conducted criminal, administrative, security, investigations in different capacities: as in-charge and member of investigation team and an independent investigator. I have dealt many VVIP security duties with diplomats and foreign Missions and Embassies. I have also been involved in the joint interrogations following certain political, religious or sectarian violence. To this end coordination with intelligence agencies, emergency services and sister agencies remained an integral part of investigation and my management concerns. I am considered authority on local justice system. I am also very much familiar with laws and procedures at the US and security of people and property related issues and Job. In coordination with administration branch, I ensured unhindered provision of necessary logistical and human resources for security.
