Direct and manage, from a Human Resource perspective, 415 (ranging from Executive Directors to seasonal associates for a full service resort on Geneva Lake. Oversee a staff of three. Responsible for executing and overseeing all HR functions including recruiting, hiring, training, on-boarding, compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, workman’s compensation, performance review process, and coaching/counseling/discipline.

Developed and implemented a Guest Service Training program that received positive feedback from associates and increased guest service scores.

Managed, from a Human Resource perspective, 1200 seasonal associate and 35 fulltime mangers including overseeing the recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training & development, compliance, payroll, employee relations, labor relations, coaching/counseling/discipline, performance appraisal process, and payroll as well as a strategic partner of the executive team. Managed an HR Team of 5. As a respected HR Manager in the field, I was asked to be on HR committees and task forces by the Corporate Office to implement new policy or practices for the company from an HR perspective. I also worked with the Vice President of New Business and was part of the team for the proposal presentation to the Minnesota Twins and The Green Bay Packers.

Streamlined the seasonal hiring process by implementing the use of an online application tracking system and an email response system verses letter system.
