The use of PeopleSoft delivered methodology and toolset to overcome these issues as well as to create a self-sustainable application with little or no impact of application upgrades by PeopleSoft.

MATC has a home-grown application to maintain Part Time employees which interfaces with PeopleSoft HRMS in batch processing mode. The system is on unsupported hardware and difficult to maintain from a technical support perspective.

The solution will allow multitudes of validations which otherwise are not available in a third-party or a custom non-PeopleSoft solution. By leveraging delivered PeopleSoft technology, this proposed solution can incorporate enhanced features such as Workflow, Integration with LDAP (Directory) and comprehensive process flow.
