OBJECTIVES & CAREER SUMMARY
More than twenty five years in the industry, handled all aviation aspects through ramp, flight operations
and vip customer service. My planning and organizational skills balance work, team support and ad-hoc emergency responsibilities in a timely and professional manner. Utilizing creativity, leadership, business growth and expansion, i am always ready to design and execute solutions that create and improve customer value and satisfaction.

Planned, developed and managed campaign online to 1200 executive operators
worldwide (personal directory) as a result to increase business growth of 100%
