City of Tulsa – January 1998 to October 2014 – Purchasing Contract Coordinator - Negotiates annual purchasing contracts for all City departments. Monitors, modifies contract terms & conditions; including specifications, addendums, amendments, purchase orders, service agreements and request for proposals, quotes, and requisitions submitted by various departments.
