JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment, Selection & Induction-
Responsible for Managing Employee Life Cycle Events proactively events like recruitment, joining, induction.
Recruiting employees through Newspaper Ads, Internet and Recruitment through Placement Agencies & through Employee referrals.
Preparing and Issuing the Offer Letter, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letter,Services Letter, Promotion Letter etc.,
Ensuring all Joining Formalities done as per defined checklists.
Issuing them the employee leave card and arranging for their official e-mail ID and ID card in coordination with the IT department.
Regularly updating the employee master in the company database.
Attendance & Leave Management-
Preparing daily and monthly Attendance and Late Coming Reports.
Maintaining & updating Leave Records of employees in the system to generation reports time to time as per need.
Salary & Compensation Management-
Maintain the salary data of employees.
Preparing the Salary Break-ups
Handling salary related queries from the employees with the coordination of accounts department.
Employee Relations-
Responsible to Manage escalations of Employee Grievance issues to respective functional head.
Organizing and celebrating employees birthdays.
Business HR & Operations-
Prepare and issue Confirmation letters, Address proof letters, Employment proof letters, Relieving letters, Experience letters etc.
