Summary

WNS implemented ePerformance in PeopleSoft using the PS EPM 9.0 for the first time. They required the CMSS team at WNS to customize the current module as per their requirement. This also included creating additional Bolton Components and Pages for Higher level approvals after manager level approvals for balancing the ratings as per the bell curve.

The other Bolton was a replica of the ePerformance Page where employee would provide comments on the Finalised yearly Ratings and Manager can review it.
