PERSONAL SUMMARY

In the course of four years as a Production Engineering Manager in the manufacturing industry, I designed and supervised the implementation of many successful projects to expand our market share. In addition to that, I integrated electromechanical technologies and solutions to enhance organizational competitiveness.

In 2007 acquired an MBA degree to enrich my managerial ambitions. In the retail business, I obtained skillful B2B Marketing & Supply Chain management experience to provide cost-effective solutions to improve sales, brand awareness, customer relations, logistics and commodity management. In the eight years since acquiring my MBA, it has allowed my senior managerial experience to be invaluable. Conducted comprehensive studies of the business industry & market trend’s, which were essential, to achieve a competitive advantage over our rivals. For that reason, I undertook corrective supply chain actions and acquired longer grace periods from creditors and increased vendors’ credit limits. Therefore, achieving a 25% increase in Working Capital.

In addition to effective retail space utilization, this increase in cash flow enabled me to empower current sales force, and acquire resourceful CRM software & marketing solutions. Nevertheless, other reforming actions; such as finding other sources of income and cutting fixed & variable costs were also crucial. As a result, we were able as a team to achieve a 40% upswing in Sales Revenues and 20% growth in Profits.

•MARKETING & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER, May 2007 – March 2010 ISTIKBAL FURNITURE AND BEDDING Co. Ltd, (ZEINA MALL) – AQABA, JORDAN.

As a marketing & supply chain manager, I was in a position to assist other departments in developing their strategies. My dissertation entitled “A Re-examination of outcome-based Incentives: A Jordanian Case Study”, which was submitted to fulfil my MBA degree requirement, has enabled me to undertake such cross-functional roles. As a result, in collaboration with the HR department we were able to promote employees’ loyalty as well as best performance doctrine and therefore sustain customer loyalty.

JORDANIAN COMPANY FOR POLY PROPYLENE INDUSTRIES Ltd, – Irbid, Jordan

Planned and supervised the purchase and installation of new machinery in the latest company’s expansion, as well as implementing mechatronic modifications & upgrades to existing machinery. Improved preventive maintenance and production documentation to support quality control and meeting production deadlines.
