Responsible for monitoring availability of supplies, materials, and products in order to ensure that customers and plants have access to the materials they need. In addition, to monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance, contact point for production scheduler and customer service to resolve all issues that may affect the supply of goods. Daily duties include writing inventory reports, performing cycle counts, and determining periodic asset valuations.
