1Assessments of manpower number budgeting allocation.
2Contractor Casual Manpower Management.
3Verification of contractor worker attendance record
4Verification of contractor’s worker monitoring their over time.
5Maintaining the contractual worker Muster roll Leave register over time register advance accidental register & Maintaining Employee Card as per CLRA Act 1971.
6.Preparation of their ESIC Tic card & maintain their all record as per CLRA Act 1971
7Provide contractual manpower only after approval of Management.
8Identifying training needs up to supervisor’s level and organization training for them as per calendar records.
9Joining and leaving formalities.
10.Generating and maintaining the data related to employees for data generation and analysis.
11.Verifications of Contractor’s salary bills & Performance Awards.
12.Handle Legal compliance of contractors.
