I am a hardworking, passionate and highly motivated individual with a strong track record in both call centre, Data entry and customer service roles. I am able to articulate at all levels utilising my excellent communication skills. I enjoy working as part of a team, am highly motivated and use my excellent organisational skills to manage my own workloads and targets efficiently and effectively.

I also undertook administrative duties for transactions and referrals on behalf of the customers in line with the SSQ quality processes to ensure benchmark customer service standards are achieved on all calls. My main duties in this role were to mark Naplan end of year exam papers with accurate data entry input.
We worked to strict guidelines in order to mark with precision and consistently met daily targets.
Farm picking and packing
January – May 2012 to achieve 2nd year visa
Stanthorpe – QLD
I worked for 4 months at a farm in Stanthorpe in order to gain experience for my second year working visa for Australia.
My duties varied from picking vegetables to a strict schedule to match orders requested to selecting and packing these vegetables to customer standards. I was appointed team leader after 2 months.
Barmaid September to November 2011 temporary

My duties involved looking after the country pub from morning until evening serving the public and undertaking stock checks.
I was in charge of the financial takings and book keeping.
I also gained my QLD RSA qualification.

My main tasks were to enter and compare data provided by the Health insurance company customers at Bupa Health.
I was also responsible for Analysing and cross referencing data from Excel spreadsheets and Cyclops and Boss databases
Property Consultant
Parklane Properties UK Ltd, Leeds, UK September 2008 – May 2011
My main duties involved managing a portfolio of 120 properties including both student and professional tenants.
I was Responsible for co-ordinating debt management and the debt recovery process across the portfolio consistently achieving high levels of recovery.
I was frequently involved in the completion of inspections of properties including planning and implementing of refurbishments and major works on several properties.
On many occasions I supported the negotiators by undertaking viewings
I effectively marketed my portfolio, liaising with landlords for rent reviews, marketing and property vacating dates to capitalise on any new or repeat business opportunity.
I was also responsible for handling and responding to written complaints received from tenants and landlords
