As our company grew and merged with GE, Whirlpool, The Home Depot, Radio Shack, LG and Samsung. I had the pleasure of assisting customers with their concerns about their major appliance. Also walked customers through basic trouble shooting steps to resolve issue.

Building strong working relationships with our clients was the key to my success. My job was to manage escalated calls from clients. I was able to gain their trust by consistently following up on the status of their appliance repair and preventing any service delays. Called service provider for ETA on service and parts.

TIME KEEPING

Worked in HR quickly processing 350 employees time cards with a 3 day deadline. My job was to prepare the time card for payroll. Performed an audit on each employee time card. My eye for great detail allowed me to corrected and entered any missed punches in a timely manner. Also entered all employees vacation and holiday time. Did investigation on any questionable time entry.

CLAIMS EXAMINER

Answered inbound calls from service providers looking for approval on estimates or payment for completed jobs. Review at least 65 service providers estimates daily on a timed calls. My job was to control company spending on repairs. My knowledge on appliance repairs saved the company money. I was able to give the service provider suggestion on how to repair the unit a lower repair cost. I negotiated labor rates with our servicers. Required to discuss legally binded contracts with customers and service provider. Processed checks to customers and service providers. Responsible for managing client relations with assisting with escalated concerns.

LOAN PROCESSOR

Processed mortgage home loans on a daily basis. My pipe line consist of a 50 to 60 clients a month. Each borrower employment and residential status had to be verified. I had the task of satisfying the underwriters request for required documents to the secure the loan. Some loans closed in 24 hours which meant all documents has to be signed and returned same day. Required to be present while loans closed at 2 am.
