Summary: Call center setting taking incoming calls for mechanical breakdown claims from customers and repair facilities many times speaking with service managers due to warranty work being performed. Make outbound calls to resolve claims. Speak with customers having issues with vehicles, assisting with the claims process and answering any questions the customer may have. The use of skills and knowledge of the automotive industry to assist with the claims investigation for proper repairs to be performed for better customer satisfaction. Summary: Responsible for responding to dispatched jobs and meeting with customer upon arrival and explaining what is going to be done while on site. Managed time with another technician to complete task on time, payed attention to detail while working in stressful situations, and worked in very high and very low temperatures, proper handling and disposal of biological waste, received instructions from an onsite supervisor, made accurate documentation of the work being performed, spoke with insurance adjusters to explain scope of work performed.
