Hands on experience on LT & HT, PCC, MCC and its associated equipments like VCB, Transformers, ACB /AVR, AC Motors and its circuits & PLC Termination.

Knowledge of 11KV/ 0-180v, 90KA DC, PLC based thyrister controlled rectiformer with SF6 breaker. 11KV/ 150V DC Bhel & Mitsubishi make diode rectiformer of 3.3 & 9.9 MW each.

Have experience of 11KV power distribution with SF6 circuit breaker, Vacuum circuit breakers and static & electromagnetic control relays.

Having vast experience of Operation & maintenance of WARTSILA make 2x12V32LN, 2x18V32LN, 6WL20 DG sets(1 MW- upto12.5 MW) automation system with all aux. units i.e. MOPX/MFPX separators for lube & fuel oil, Air compressors, NGR etc.

Having experience of operation and maintenance of WHRB 2X2.2 TON.

Proficiency in designing maintenance (preventive, predictive & systematic) strategies, procedures and methods; diagnosing breakdown problems; monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.

Possess sound knowledge of lead acid battery and battery charger system and EOT crane.

Well versed with Chillers of 122 ton Voltas make & Waste heat recovery Boiler 2X2.2 ton.

An effective communicator with strong analytical, logical, problem solving & trouble shooting skills.

Key Accountabilities:

Project Planning & Management

Handling project activities involving working out various requirements with respect to machines, manpower & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion.

Managing resources to perform project activities in cost effective manner.

Preparing AMC for the machines and generating database for the AMC / Service Report / Supplier Information

Operations & Maintenance

–Preparing preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.

–Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.

–Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.

Commissioning/ Testing/ Quality

–Handling erection, commissioning, inspection tests of numerous plants/ equipments.

–Providing technical inputs & developing master specifications with needs assessment.

–Conducting Internal Audits and ensuring compliance to ISO 9000, ISO 14000 & OHSAS 18000 standards.

Process Enhancement & Cost Saving Initiatives

–Identifying areas of improvement and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiencies of the systems.

–Reviewing the operational practices, identify the areas of obstruction/ quality failures and work on system and process changes for qualitative improvement/ energy conservation.
