In 2010, managed a project to hot cut circuits provided by SBC and Verizon Business from one series of T3 circuits to a second series of T3 circuits saving a budgetary value of $81,000.00, in 2011.

In 2013, managed a project to close one data center including canceling contracts, removing equipment, and canceling data circuits.

In 2012-2013, lead staff in design of knowledge management system that would integrate the “grass roots” knowledge of staff members into a site that would be published company-wide.

Planned external education for staff members as well as mandated a target for staff members so that each had to provide internal training to the peers saving approximately $3,500.00, in training costs per staff member.

Tested WAN connectivity between the Deutsche Boerse and customer sites achieving over 90% success rate for all tests.
