DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

. initiate and conduct safety inductions and trainings for newly hired

workers or employees.

. supervise safety inspections for the entire worksites, to identify

any unsafe work practices and unsafe condition, documenting the

visits on observation forms and forwarding findings to various

administrative and management personnel.

. provide guidance to site employees and contractors about safety

issues through the interpretation of company and safety policies,

procedures, mission and vision and regulatory requirements.

. coordinate with various sub-contractors, consultants and engineers

to ensure smooth running of the project.

. attend site progress meetings and provide timely updated reports to

Project Manager as found necessary.

. assist in monitoring/ evaluations of safety procedures and policies

compliances/ conducts and promotes safety awareness in workplace/

worksite to all workforce.
