Experience Details.

Commissioning and operability test experience:

Live Loop check, Calibration and Function test of: pressure, temperature, flow, level, vibration, analytical and F&G instruments, ultrasonic flow meters, control valves, on/off valves (SSV, BDV, ESDV & SDV), limit/proximity switches, PAGA instruments, HVAC Systems and motors/diesel engines and steam turbines solo run. Also test alarm set points and trip points

Interdisciplinary Checking: Involved in checking between instrumentation and other discipline installations facilities, especially at sensitive interfaces such as between piping and instruments, anticipating problems and offering solutions.

Cold Loop Check, Testing and inspection of cables: insulation resistance and continuity test, inspection of cables insulation, inspection of cables segregation according to signals, inspection of cable glands and ATEX certification of glands and JBs.

Earthing system: earth resistance test, inspection of all installations earthing system in compliance with project specification.

Electrical power systems: test transformer oil dielectric, inspect bus bars, IPs, Switch boards, and breakers. Check materials and their rating against design specification.
