During the tenure at Anushree Reddy Design Studio, I have been part of LAKME FASHION WEEK for two consecutive seasons; i.e. Spring Summer-13 and Autumn Winter-14
DESIGN:
Recruited as a company’s first designer with accountability on Design Process like generating new designs, making a new line of clothes along with the head designer.
Responsible for managing the design process from conception through to final styling for assigned product category.
Creating presentations and look books for the new seasons.
Meeting client expectations and deadlines, ensuring all design directives are followed.
Coordinating with the retail outlets &individual customers in and outside the country, meet deadlines to send the required orders on time.
Represented the designer at several exhibitions across India; namely Bridal Asia (New Delhi), Design One (Mumbai), Yatra and Petals (Hyderabad).
Assist in styling of garments at photo sessions and shoots.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:
Sourcing of all the necessary fabrics, trims, equipments, labor required to run the brand.
Responsible for product design process to include market research, conceptual presentations, design and guidance through fabric, print, spec and fit processes.
Delegating work to the team of workers of up to 35 tailors and embroiders.
Preparing and reviewing budget, taking care of financial documents/salaries of the workers along with the CA of the firm.

INTERNSHIP PROJECT:
Worked in Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd., Faridabad(India) for a period of 2 months as a Designer
Designed & developed Womenswear range for the company based on trend forecast.
GRADUATION PROJECT:
Showcased personal designs and concepts as part of a show “Fashionova” in May(2012)
Developed a Womenswear evening line named ”Pandamonium” taking inspiration from Spiral Staircases.
