N.B.C is a C.K Birla Group company. The main product of N.B.C are

Taper roller Bearing, Single Ball Bearing, Hub Bearing. The major

customers of this company are M&M, Yamaha, Maruti Suzuki, TAFE,

Bajaj Motors, Mahindra Motors, General Motors, Sonalika, ITL,

HERO Motorcorp, Royal Enfield etc. The yearly turnover of NBC is

100 millions.

Previously Experience:-

(1)Worked with KOYO BEARING INDIA PVT LTD(JTEKT

KOYO), BAWAL (HR), since Aug 2011 to 19th June 2014 as a Sr. Engr

Production.

Looking M/Cing Line (VMC, CNC Grinding, Boring etc) & Assembly

line (SPM & Press m/c).

Company Profile:-

KBIN, a joint venture of JTEKT KOYO GROUP (JAPANESE

MNC), first Plant in INDIA of this group which manufacture Bearings

for Automobile Sector. KBIN manufacture 3 types of bearings TRB,

SBB & HUB Bearings. The major customers of KBIN are TOYATA,

YAMAHA Motors & MARUTI in INDIA.

(2). Worked with PANALFA Autoelektrik Ltd.,Gurgaon (HR), since

Aug 2008 to July 2011 as a Production Engr (M/Cing &Assembly Line).

M/Cing Line consist CNC Turning (Shaft Turning) & Assembly Line

consist Press m/c (30 to 250 Tons), SPM (Balancing m/c, Auto Winding

m/c etc.).

Company Profile:-

PANALFA Autoelektrik Ltd., a joint venture of MAGNETON (a

CHECZ REPUBLIC based MNC).The manufacture Products are

Starter Motor & Alternator for Automobile Sector. Major customers of

PANALFA are TAFE, ITL, M&M, Escort, Mitsubishi etc. The yearly

turnover of PANALFA was 100 crores.

Job Profile:-

Looking whole plant TPM project.

Achieve Day/Monthly Target of Production As per Schedule.

Monitoring of production target as per Takt Time.

Ensuring the achievement of all organizational targets (efficiency,

rejection, downtime, resources deployment etc)

Analysis & monitoring internal/external customer complaint, in-

house rejection/reworked items with corrective & preventive

action by exploiting PDCA approach.

Corrective/Preventive action of NCR`S by analyzing the problem with

7-QC Tools.

Close monitoring of down time, consumable wastages and

elimination of non-value added operations for optimum usage of

resources.

Production planning, Daily Review of production & Rejection, Co-

ordination with other deptt. regarding Production planning,

Material Inventory.

Preparation of Elements instruction sheet, Productivity enhancement

planning sheet updating.

Time Study & Motion Study of assembly lines

Including PPM, Top three, Defects, KAIZEN, &Action Plan to

improve Productivity & Quality, Poka Yoke, LEAN

MANUFACTURING & maintain 6S at line.

Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly reports.

Four months training in Lean Manufacturing & QC,gave by Mr. K.K
