2009 – October, 2015 Information Systems Director (client based), Dell Services – North Shore Medical Center
•Lead overall management and operations of the Information Systems and Communication System Departments for mid-size acute care hospital with six onsite employees and corporate support teams.
•Maintained and supported over 1,000 clinicians and administrative staff using 800 devices, and multiple applications ranging from clinical to financial systems.
•Migrated hospital's EHR from McKesson STAR to Cerner Millennium, and meeting all ARRA regulations and deadlines for electronic medical record adoption.
•Managed multiple large scale projects including infrastructure installations of wired and wireless networks and replaced PBX system creating efficiencies and savings.
2005 – 2009 Information Systems Director (client based), Perot Systems – North Shore Medical Center
•Transitioned support communications, for over 800 users, to a national call center incorporating new service level contract timelines for issue resolution, meeting all SLAs within contracted parameters.

•Designed and implemented physician suspension system, with medical staff and administration, to ensure timely completion of medical records meeting Joint Commission guidelines and organizational goals, lowering medical record delinquency by 33%.
