Executes the receiving, storing and preparation activities from finished products to be stored or to be withdrawn at warehouse.
Reviews and verifies documents pertaining to issuance and receipt of products/goods making sure all transactions are documented and accurate.
Ensures that all actual inventories are tallies with computer generated inventory reports.
Verifies and reconciles discrepancies between actual and computer printout of inventory count twice a week and informs the Warehouse Supervisor.

Ensures that all equipments and tools under custody are safe and properly kept and maintained.
Leads the contractual assigned to perform the activities of preparation and receiving of finished products in warehouse.
Performs cycle counting on stocks if being required.
Trains, schedules, direct and monitor contractual staff and its activities.
