1.Liaising with top management and provide the leadership and plan for effective implementation of Quality management system (QMS) in the organization.

2.Liaising with top management and others concern department to prepare Quality manual, control documents, Quality policy, Quality objectives/Goals and each and every functional Goal/KPI, SOP, also train the concern personal to implement and maintain the QMS in a proper manner.

3.Conduct internal audit and identify challenging areas and make arrangements of root cause analysis to implement corrective action plan (CAP) and preventive action and update to top management on time and review, improve and maintain ISO 9001:2008 QMS Standards, Product safety, Legality, Oeko-Tex Standard-100.

4.Prepare training plan on QMS,RQS, TQM, 5S, housekeeping, Health & safety, Goal, Policy, KPI, Job responsibility etc. and provide necessary training to all quality and technical person to get ZERO defect products from production and update all documents for future competency and yearly evaluation.

5.Review of the data of the validation and calibration of all machines/testing instruments and plan schedule for calibration and validation on time.

6.Liaising with top management and update all necessary documents and conduct external audits (3rd party, QMS, RQS, SRM, Technical audits & self-assessment etc.) also share the audit results (Critical major or minor NCs) to concern department for corrective action and further improvement.

7.Assess and prepare comparison reports (Fabric & trims inspection & test report, garments in-line, pre-final final etc report ) with buyer standard to make right decision and right goods shipment on time if any discrepancy found then immediately seat with concern department to resolve quality issues.

8.Proactively coordinate with HR, Admin & Compliance team for 3rd party social, environmental audit and take action to update the CAP based on findings/NCs.

9.Conduct PP meeting and tacking buyer comments (Styling, fitting, wash/dry process etc.) and work with concern department for correction & smooth operation with on time order completion.

10.Be preparing necessary report and submit line manager and present at monthly meeting and update departmental KPI’s and 3W’s on time to top management.

11.Proactively Coordinate by mail and visually on the spot with buyer, merchandising team, sample & production team and others Team or attend to buyer call for their requirement and develop the sample/ bulk products to meet the buyer satisfaction considering garments design/ specification sheet, Print, embellishments, Laundering, brushing and different types of finishing.

12.Oversee the daily QA & LAB team and individual employee activities that updated on time in the file and excel sheet that available in MIS to meet (DHU%,OTD%) customer satisfaction & organizational KPIs /goals.

13.Oversee administrative functions of the Quality Assurance department that include assess and liaise with HR on manpower requirements, welfare of the staff members, preparation of duty rosters, and leave approvals, etc.

14.To appraise yearly appraisal and GAP analysis of all employees on time, identify and recommend manpower requirement based on yearly budget for LAB & QAD and their training needs.

15.Continually improve and drive departmental productivity, efficiency and utilization through careful review and analysis of MIS data, working with the IE Team to ensure that optimum work study targets and work methods are in place.
