Jon Cole
Professional Summary:
In my tenure as an Engineer, I have 12 years of experience. Within that
experience, I have been a Industrial. Mechanical, and Manufacturing
Engineer respectively. My main focus and bulk of experience as been working
Lean Manufacturing projects, such as optimizing product flow using floor
layouts and other lean tools like spaghetti diagrams to increase production
and minimize overtime. As Manufacturing Engineer, I was involved with
creating methods of operations while working with experts on the floor to
make the product as efficiently as possible. This included red lining the
mfg plan and processing the engineering change requests (ECR). All an all,
my experience as been to design and implement a robust Manufacturing system
that eliminates waste and increases product flow.
