Achieved formulary status of Pediatric Electrolyte at Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario. Originally hired as Training Manager for a national pilot project to develop a sales training program, hire, and train Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives across Canada. Within 6 months was offered the position of National Sales Manager. Responsible for budget of approximately $1.5 M.

Key achievements included developing a training manual and program whereby 7 sales representatives were hired and their success was gauged comparing their territory to a ‘control’ territory of similar demographics. I trained and worked with these representatives along with all departments to ensure that adequate samples and marketing materials were developed and approved. The success of my endeavours resulted in a full national rollout of the program across Canada.
