Responsibilities:

Operation and Maintenance of 5000TCD cane preparation unit, Captive power plant with generators of 20MVA -1 Unit & 4MVA -2 NOs

Operation, maintenance of captive power plants equipment like Turbines, Generators, Generator Transformers and other auxiliaries

Synchronization of GT with 132KV APSEB Grid for exporting of power to Gird

Operation and maintenance of HV 132/11KV GT transformer

Managing the testing, erection & commissioning works of 4MVA Captive Power unit including Generator, HV, MV, LV switchgears, Transformers, HT, LT motors and other auxiliaries of power plant.

Scrutinizing the erection checklists, commissioning test protocols of all equipment as per requirements of contract and as applicable to standards.

Preventive/Predictive maintenance of Thermal power plant, Substation equipment including breakdown maintenance.
