Ascertained material planning on the basis of production projections of 100 Million Ltrs. in 2011 spread over 3 manufacturing sites and 11 PFRs for Imports & Export (Forecast).
Streamlined the material procurement processes (raw material) to enable delivery of planned production targets by adhering compliance to quality, safety norms, business procurement protocol, statutory requirement & agreed inventory norms of 45 days for finished goods and 60+30 (in transit) days for raw materials.
