Abstract: The performance comparison of wind power technologies have been evaluated based on the maximum power extraction using doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) and squirrel-cage induction generator (SCIG). Efficiency of these technologies was determined for different gear ratios and turbine blade angles using MATLAB simulations. Personal Details:
