Currently, I am an HR Generalist at Ingram Content Group providing Human Resources support at Ingram’s newest 3PL facility in Antioch, TN. Workforce includes 50 Ingram associates and up to 1, 000 agency associates provided by four staffing agencies offering full onsite support. My job responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for Operations managers, supervisors, associates, and agency representatives to assess programs that are provided by the overall HR department. I am also responsible for consulting with the senior management team and client managers in the delivery of sourcing/staffing, employment administration, effective employee relations, and benefit program administration while complying with federal/state regulations related to EEO, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, and AAP.

Additionally, I am an active contributor and leader on various cross-functional efficiency teams supporting company objectives resulting in an improved customer (internal/external) experience. Such projects have included execution of HR development plan for newest 3PL facility addition, selection and implementation for new Applicant Tracking System, migrating current intranet to SharePoint platform, and HR/Payroll system upgrades. Additionally, I supported the collective bargaining team that successfully ratified the collective agreement for the Coutts Canada operation in 2012.

My work experiences have left me with very valuable skills. My positive attitude, my eagerness to succeed, and willingness to put forth endless efforts to ensure organizational success allows me to be an effective HR representative. I am a motivated self-starter. My abilities have proven to be very successful and have allowed me to operate in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.

Human Resources Generalist

●Serve in a consultative role with distribution and manufacturing senior management team and client managers in the delivery of sourcing / staffing, employment administration, effective employee relations, and benefit program administration.

●Manage Ingram and agency workforce for third-party logistics (3PL) facility to support distribution of used college textbooks with headcount up to 1,000 associates during peak seasons.

●Increase associate engagement by obtaining associate feedback through surveys and/or roundtable meetings, increasing communication, assisting with learning & development opportunities, and educating Operations Leadership on associate engagement.

oConduct roundtables annually representing 30% of the exempt and non-exempt workforce.

Human Resources Coordinator
