Reporting to the Division President, advised and supported the management team, including land acquisition, development, construction, sales and marketing.
Prepared and monitored the execution of the Division’s 5-year business plan.
Managed all accounting activities and month end close, ensuring Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
The Sacramento Division grew from $25 million on 79 annual closings to $500 million on 1100 annual closings, becoming one of the best managed and top performers (ranked 5 of out 42 divisions).
Received DR Horton’s “On the Mark” award in 2006 for accuracy in forecasting Pre-Tax Income.
