Engineer II: Hired for the role of lead voice expert with main focus on replacing existing Nortel Infrastructure and manage vendor partners including contracted SLA’s. This included enterprise design, IP Technologies, Unified Communications and advanced call routing across an MPLS network. Total project cost was 4.5 Million. Project includes POE and data refresh. Work continues today. Anticipated competition is mid 2011. Responsible for mentoring and providing guidance to less experienced staff. Complete operations role across enterprise.
