Technical Professional
I knew that the technology field was a perfect match after attending a IBM zEnterprise conference a few years ago for one of my courses. As a Network Technician with a Certificate in Network Administration and PC and Hardware experience and steward at St. Regis Atlanta, I have showed the proven ability to managed multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment, performed routine cafeteria inspections to ensure all hot food is on the food line and dirty dishes returned to the dish pit area during PM shift, communicated with supervisor to ensure tasks are completed daily, troubleshooting a printer printing unreadable characters, changed it to another printer, and setting it as a default printer, upgrading operating systems, worked with TCP/IP troubleshooting commands, installing various hardware parts on computers, and configured processors on a motherboard.
