JACOS Hangingstone pipeline expansion project: Designed under road pipelines ( HP steam, sweet fuel gas, Quench water, produced emulsion and produced vapor pipelines) crossing on Highway 63 to smooth operation and mitigation for potential impacts from operation to ensure the safety of the public and integrity of the roadway.

Experienced with packaging design, compressor plant design, pressure vessel design, technical content changes during unit design/fabrication and project management.

Responsible and interfaced with third party engineering for completion of all detailed engineering works.

Check and verify compressors, production equipment, GenSets, Air compressor skid, and Fuel Gas skid GA, P&IDs, 3D Model for compressor plant detailed engineering.

Check and verify engineering deliverables for Process, Civil and structural, I&C, Electrical, and Mechanical & Piping comply with Client Specs and ensure timely transmittal.

Provided technical input and engineering deliverables to the quotation proposal development process

Conducted design reviews with construction management and HSE representation and support TPC team on daily basis prior to commencement of construction and during construction.

Issued RFQ; coordinated with supply chain to obtain vendor and subcontractor quotations.

Replied RFIs and technical queries received from TPE, TPC, Clients and Vendors.
